What Each One Is Asking
Use the STAR framework for each response: Situation → Task → Action → Result. Be specific. Cite real examples and real outcomes. Generic responses don't serve you or your development.
Q1: Drive for Results
DRIVE FOR RESULTS: Review the employee's goals and KPIs for the year. Where have they demonstrated the strongest progress, and what specific outcomes or contributions stand out to you?
✏ Tip
Lead with your strongest, most measurable progress. Use numbers, client outcomes, or concrete results that stand out.Q2: Personal Responsibility
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Which goal, KPI, or deliverable is most at risk, and what specific actions are you taking to ensure success by year-end?
✏ Tip
Name the goal or deliverable most at risk and be specific about the actions you are taking to land it before year-end.Q3: Integrity
INTEGRITY: Reflect on your commitments to clients, colleagues, and the firm. Share an example of integrity in action from the first half of the year.
✏ Tip
Pick one concrete example of integrity in action, what you did and why it mattered. Be specific.Q4: Collaboration & Communication
COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION - Where have you had to work through misalignment this year and how did you handle it?
✏ Tip
Describe a real situation where things were misaligned and focus on what YOU did to work through it.Q5: Organizational Responsibility
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: How have you represented Parcion's values, reputation, and standard of excellence through your work this year?
✏ Tip
Think beyond your desk. How have you represented Parcion's values and reputation through your work? Specific moments carry the most weight.Q6: Legendary Experience
LEGENDARY EXPERIENCE: How do you ensure everyday interactions reflect Parcion's standard of world-class service? Share an example.
✏ Tip
Pick a moment of consistent, everyday excellence, not just a big win. The ordinary interactions define your standard.Q7: Goals, KPIs & Looking Ahead
GOALS, KPIs & LOOKING AHEAD: What are the top 2-3 outcomes you must achieve in the second half of the year to consider 2026 a success?
✏ Tip
Be specific and ambitious. Name the 2-3 outcomes that would make the second half a success and that your manager can hold you to.What Comes Next
